I have a toddler and a
baby. I am passionate
about sleep. I work from
home running a steel
business. My average
professional phone
conversation can sound like this:
"What was that? Sorry? Would you mind holding for just a moment?
Thank-you.....THOMAS LEAVE BRIANNA ALONE. BRIANNA STOP CRYING HE DIDN'T
TOUCH YOU.....Are you still there? Yes. I'd like a price on 30 metres of 50x6
stainless flat bar please." This is my life.
REMO is a lovely little
oasis of retail therapy.
Welcome back!

| UPDATE Dear REMO Supporter ... The T shirt was a hit and I handed out about a dozen fliers with the
details but everyone is running very fast and not reading much more than the
road ahead. The Umar Ali and Rusnah appeal is on track as you’ll be relieved to hear
I finished the City to Surf run in a personal best but unofficial ( ie the time I start running at the start to stop at the end!) time of 71.30 mins for the 14 km course. Please fulfil all pledges promptly as I want to send the funds to them as soon as possible. So far ( as of Monday Aug 15 @ 9.30 am) there was more than $ 2, 250 in the account with a further $2000 plus pledged and
several more leads which are promising. So we are close but not quite there yet. I will keep you all posted on what happens next and the news I receive from Umar Ali and Rusnah about their progress. On their behalf I thank you for your kind, generous, touching and above all
effective response to their plight. They are only one family but I think we
have shown the effectiveness of person to person direct donations. I like
the idea of a lot of people able to give a little to a targeted cause—it’s
described as aggregated compassion. This should not be just a one off. Well done! Christopher Zinn
