Here's a smart and timely book from CustOMER Mark Hurst in New York:

Bit Literacy: Productivity in the Age of Information and E-mail Overload

Noted author Seth Godin called it "The Elements of Style for the digital age."

Bit Literacy describes how to manage e-mail (the secret is keeping your inbox empty), to do lists, digital photos, a media diet, and other sources of stress for people today. It is written for normal, non-techie users, and it doesn't require any special software or computer skills. Read the book and you'll start working more productively, so as to live a fuller life outside of work.

Read this book. It could change your life. See what others are saying HERE!

Hardcover, 192 pages

P.S: Note also that the annual "Uncle Mark 2008" Gift Guide and Almanac is out now! Always informative and refreshingly opinionated. Download it for free HERE.

Lorraine Leung

Lorraine Leung has given this product a 4 star rating | Bits are my friends
Have just finished reading this, and am quite inspired to get my email Inbox down to 0 items now. It's an easy read, and seems to make perfect sense. I am recommending this to my friends and family who complain about information overload.

Elizabeth Markham

Elizabeth Markham has given this product a 3 star rating | Smart reading with a splash of bias
The book is a sensible, simply explained theory of how to deal with the pressures of the digital world. Full of simple but useful ideas. BUT if unashamed advertising of the author's own products and picking on other people's systems annoys you then probably not the book for you.
